Trying to get a word in edgewise with the person who answers the phone is difficult at best. She doesn't let you ask questions just continually talks over you.
This guy is arrogant. He is lazy and doesn't follow through on what he says he will do. His secretary is even worse. She is an angry bitter woman. Avoid this guy if you can!
He comes to review a problem with a Bosch stove, says needed new back electronic panel would cost 4-$500, never pulled the stove out to look at it, starts rambling on about my refigerator freezer door, charges me $122 for service call, I call Sear and they tell me that the back panel sometimes come loose in shipping, I pull the stove and reconect the panel, problem solved.
This guy is a CROOK.
THIS GUY IS OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE. $158 for 2hrs of service with no parts (cleaning dryer vent, adjusting refrigerator door, told me to vacuum the coils myself) and he charged a $28 travel surcharge for driving 10 miles. Stay away!
Had a great experience. He arrived early for the appointment. The problem was with our washer/dryer combo. He explained the situation which was basically he could repair it but given the age and condition of the unit he suggested not repairing and purchasing a new one- which we did. He was very nice and the service call was minimal. Would definitely recommend. We live in Stowe. I selected him because he had good ratings on Angie's List.
